  • 4,500 RM per month + utilities (electricity, water, waste)

BOOKING CONDITIONS

  • A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the rental
  • Full payment is required 30 days prior to the start of the rental
  • A full refund will be given if cancelling 30 or more days from the start of the rental
  • A 50% refund will be given if cancelling 8-30 days from the start of the rental
  • No refund is cancelling 0-7 days from the start of the rental
  • 3 day minimum booking
